Rimonim~Pomegranates Orchard is a giclee ketubah by Nava Shoham measuring 24" x 24" in the classic size. Rimonim is Hebrew for pomegranates and traditionally symbolize not only plenty but blessings and love as well. The pomegranate is one of Israel's seven species along with wheat, barley, grapes, figs, olives and dates. The shape of the pomegranate top looks like a crown, so it was used as a symbol of power in ancient Europe. The verses that encompass the ketubah is from Songs of Songs - "I Am My Beloved's And My Beloved Is Mine" "I Have Found The One Whom My Soul Delights" "I Went Down To The Garden Of The Nut Trees, To See The Sprouts That Grow By The Stream; To See If The Grapes Are In The Bud; If The Pomegranates Have Blossomed."
