Shipping & Delivery
Regular in-stock items sent throughout the continental United States typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the time we receive your order, oftentimes less depending on⁹ the proximity of the recipient from our New York fulfillment center.
Delivery of goods shall be the responsibility of the carrier selected by Yussel's Place. All inquiries regarding damaged or lost goods should be directed to our customer service department. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be added to the total amount of your purchase.
Yussel's Place ships via USPS or UPS with shipping charges covering handling and insure for guaranteed delivery in the continental USA only.

Returns & Replacements
We will try our best to keep you happy. You may return any item, except personalized or custom ordered items. Any returned item must be accompanied by either a Yussel's Place gift voucher or the invoice/store receipt included in your shipment. However, all returns are for exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any related return shipping charges. If the error is Yussel's Place (i.e. we have sent the wrong product), we will of course, pay for the shipping charges. Yussel's Place assumes the responsibility for shipping to the address it was given in the order. Additional handling charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
