Handmade in Israel by Yair Emanuel, this vibrant handpainted wood challah board and matching knife with stand features beautiful illustrations of the Seven Species of Israel (wheat, barley, grape, fig, pomegranate, olive and date). The board is painted with acrylics and then lacquered to keep the paint fixed and run-free. The challah board comes with a special transparent lucite board that protects the wood so that you can cut the bread safely on the board with no scratching. Hand wash only. Board measures 16.3" x 12.4". Challah board may be purchased with or without challah knife. Challah knife may be purchased with or without challah board.
